Hey there, I’m Nikki. I was born and raised in North Dakota – I still live in ND with my husband, Kaleb, and daughter, Hartley, and we are lucky to be surrounded by our families. I’ve worked for multiple companies doing event planning and management. I have always loved celebrating all things – big or small – and sharing the process of planning and prepping along the way. I also enjoy decorate and refreshing up spaces.
I started The Anchored Roots as a Lifestyle Blog to document our daily life and to create a space to share everyday ideas on celebrations, crafting, and family! Here you’ll find ways to build your own special moments through monthly bucket lists, holiday fun, and celebrations. You’ll also find DIY projects and home decor to make your house a home, with sprinkles of motherhood adventures.
